What can I expect in a typical Polarity Session?

Sessions usually take 90 minutes, do not require disrobing, and involve soft touch, some rocking as well as point specific touch.  Contact may be light, medium or firm. The practitioner supports the client in increasing self-awareness of subtle energetic sensations, which are often experienced as tingling, warmth, expansion or wavelike movement. The results of Polarity Therapy sessions vary, and  may includes profound relaxation, pain reduction and relief from many problematic conditions. This work is amazing for anyone who wants to Relax, Reboot , and Reset!  

 

SWEDISH MASSAGE 

What can I expect from a Swedish session?

Sessions are available in 30, 60, and 90 minute periods and target a whole body relaxation experience. The Swedish Massage is designed to relax and recover tight muscles, increase circulation, flush out toxins, and melt away stress. Swedish Massage is perfect when when Deep Tissue. Massage provides too much pressure to specific muscles and you desire a more calming and relaxing experience.  

 

ACCESS BARS

What can I expect from an Access Bars session?

Bars work is about unlocking us from the conditioning of our thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Running bars, which consists of 32 points on the head, relate to different areas and aspects of life. When these points are gently touched it releases the electromagnetic charge of thoughts, ideas, considerations, and decisions that may be limiting you.

 

AROMATOUCH  THERAPY

What can I expect in a AromaTouch Session?

Sessions usually take 45 minutes, requires upper body disrobing, and is performed on the back and feet.  dōTERRA’s AromaTouch Technique is done by applying essential oils along energy meridians and reflexology points of the back and feet. The AromaTouch Technique uses the CPTG (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) oils of Balance, Lavender, Melaleuca, On Guard, AromaTouch, Deep Blue, Wild Orange, and Peppermint over a base of fractionated Coconut Oil. It's ideal for every body to help support the nervous system, immune function, balance the body, as well as to reduce inflammation and pain. It is extremely relaxing and energizing at the same time.

ENERGETIC SYSTEM CLEARING

What can I expect in a typical Energetic System Clearing?

Sessions usually take 30 minutes and do not require disrobing. System clearing is done over the body with very little physical contact.  As our energy systems play an important role in our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being, it is beneficial to have these systems occasional "tuned-up".  During this deeply relaxing session, crystals and toning will be used to clear all of your energetic systems, restoring your system to its optimal performance, allowing you to find greater clarity and balance. 

 

COLOR THERAPY

What can I expect from a Color Session?

Sessions usually take 40 minutes, do not require disrobing, and involve light touch or hand/crystal placement just above the body.  A color session works with a client’s individual color needs.  Using color to support each organ, gland and various energetic system, results may include profound relaxation, overall sense of balance, increased energy , and relief from many problematic conditions. 

 

PARAFFIN HANDS AND/OR FEET

What can I expect from a Paraffin Treatment?

Paraffin treatment usually takes 40 minutes, and involves dipping hands/feet in a warm paraffin wax, wrapping them, and then putting them in warmers for 15-20 minutes to retain heat, followed by a hand/foot massage.  Paraffin can help with arthritis and swelling, joint pain, and severe dry skin.  It always softens and moisturizes the hands.

IONIC FOOT SOAK DETOX 

What can I expect Ionic Foot Soak Detox?

A detox foot spa session consists of the client soaking their feet in the ionic spa for approximately 30 minutes. Ionization takes place, effectively and safely stimulating the body's own natural detoxification. This is followed by a 15 minute foot rub.  Symptoms or conditions which may improve from an ionic foot bath:  Joint Pain, arthritis, chronic fatigue, sleeplessness, poor circulation, eczema, psoriasis, candida and weak immune system
